Kubanek lab is proud to announce that Emily Schwartz has been selected to receive a 2017 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF). NSF GRFP is one of the very competitive fellowship programs. It will fund her graduate studies for the next two years and more. She will be working on elucidating the chemosensory mechanism responsible for toxin production in marine algae. We look forward to Emily’s research findings and achievements in the years to come.
